Thus, since 2023, we have been supporting Fondsfrauen, which is the largest German-speaking career network for the promotion and equality of women in the financial industry.

As a supporter of Fondsfrauen, we receive exclusive access to a mentoring programme through which women are actively advised and accompanied on their career path by other experienced women - and benefit from the advantages of a strong community in the financial industry.

Collaboration with universities

FERI is a sponsoring member of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. And we regularly take part in career and information events at the Frankfurt School and offer dual study places as collaborative partners. We offer a large number of working students the opportunity to gain practical experience at one of the leading investment firms in the German-speaking area alongside their studies.

 

FERI maintains a comprehensive collaboration with the Career Service of the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, which includes, for example, an intensive exchange of experience on the expectations of students and graduates with regard to their professional future. In addition to offering workshops for students from 2020, a further intensification of the collaboration is already planned.

 

As a regional partner, FERI offers the possibility of a practice-integrated course of study in the dual Bachelor’s programme together with accadis University of Applied Sciences. In addition to FERI’s main fields of activity, the programme also covers organisational and administrative professions and fields of study. FERI also regularly talks to students at information events at accadis University.
