FERI (Schweiz) AG: New management and changes to the Board of Directors

Zurich/Bad Homburg, 7/4/2024
by FERI
  • Peter Wittich becomes Chairman of the Executive Board
  • Guido Terruzzi succeeds Dr. Maurizio Genoni as new member of the Executive Board in the Private Clients division
  • Entrepreneur Regula Hotz becomes Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors

Peter Wittich, Silvio Jagunic and Guido Terruzzi will head the business of FERI (Schweiz) AG with immediate effect. Peter Wittich takes over as Chairman of the Executive Board from Silvio Jagunic, who will focus on investment issues as Deputy Chairman. Guido Terruzzi succeeds Dr. Maurizio Genoni, who is retiring after the successful integration of Limmat Wealth AG and on reaching the age of 70.

Peter Wittich has been with the FERI Group for more than ten years, initially in various management positions in fund management companies within the FERI Group. In 2021 he became Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of FERI (Schweiz) AG and in 2022 a member of the Executive Board. "Together with my two Swiss colleagues on the Executive Board, we will continue to maintain the independence of the Swiss location and at the same time ensure a strong transfer of know-how with the parent company in Germany," says Peter Wittich.

Silvio Jagunic is taking on the role of Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board with immediate effect. He will remain responsible for the Portfolio Management division and will focus on the management and responsibility of the entire division. He is also responsible for the management of various mutual funds and individual special funds for UHNWI as well as the expansion of various investment strategies (including global, Swiss, technology and sustainable equity strategies).

Guido Terruzzi, who joined LimmatWealth in 2010 and also has many years of experience in asset management, will assume responsibility for the entire Private Clients division. His tasks will include looking after existing clients, acquiring new clients and implementing and adhering to the various investment strategies of clients.

"With these personnel changes, FERI (Schweiz) AG is sending a clear signal of continuity and stability. I look forward to working with my team to further develop the potential for clients and the FERI Group in Zurich," summarizes Wittich.

Change at the top of the Board of Directors

There have also been changes to the Board of Directors of FERI (Schweiz) AG. Regula Hotz, who studied electrical engineering and food science and has already been active on the Board of Directors for several years, will become the new Vice-Chairwoman. As the owner and CEO of Jakob Kowner AG, a third-generation family business for electrical installations and IT, she has an extensive network in the Swiss business community. "We are very pleased that Regula Hotz, an experienced business leader, will be at the head of our Board of Directors for even more Swissness," says Frank W. Straatmann, Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2022.

FERI AG is represented in Switzerland with a team of more than 20 employees and offers unique expertise in asset management and consulting for private and institutional investors from its Zurich location. It contributes to the development and implementation of new investment approaches with innovations within the FERI Group.
